Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to forward messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
